Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions: Sale items, underwear, swimwear, and customized products are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process:

In-Store: Customers can return their purchases at any physical store by presenting the item and proof of purchase.
Mail Return: If you prefer to return your purchase by mail, please ensure the items are securely packaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

3. International Returns:

Customs and Duties: For international returns, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply. These costs will not be refunded.
Customs Documentation: Ensure that all necessary documentation for the international return is completed, clearly indicating that the item is a return to avoid additional charges.
Processing Time: International returns may take longer to process due to customs and transportation. Be sure to keep the shipping receipt to track your return.

4. Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@lopezaragon1976.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will evaluate the case and, if necessary, provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Exchanges:

Exchanges are only available for products of the same value. If you wish to exchange for an item of a different value, please process a return and make a new purchase.

6. Unclaimed Items:

Packages that are not claimed and are returned to our warehouse will be subject to a restocking fee, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
